These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jcsgo.org (the "Site") and the Jesus Christ Saves Global Outreach ("JCSGO," "we," "us," "our") Facebook Page, including automated replies to Messenger messages and Page comments. By using the Site or messaging our Page, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Using the Site and Facebook Page
You may browse the Site and message our Facebook Page freely. You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Page to harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Submit false information through our Contact, Prayer & Praise, or Giving report forms
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our Facebook Page, or the systems behind them
- Use automated tools to scrape or mass-message the Site or Page
3. The Facebook Messenger Assistant
Messages sent to our Facebook Page may receive an automatic reply generated by an AI model (see our Privacy Policy, Section 6a, for how this works). This assistant:
- Answers using information about JCSGO - service times, location, ministries, giving, and similar topics - and will tell you honestly when it doesn't know something
- Is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice - if you're in crisis or need urgent help, please contact emergency services or a crisis line directly, not our Page
- Will connect you with a real staff member if you ask, or if your message needs one
- May occasionally give an inaccurate or incomplete answer, like any automated system - if something it tells you matters (an event date, a doctrinal question), please confirm with our team before relying on it
4. Giving
Our Giving page lists our bank and GCash accounts for tithes and offerings. We do not process payments ourselves - any transfer happens directly through your own bank or GCash, and reporting it to us afterward (via the giving report form or by messaging our Page) only lets our finance team acknowledge and record it. If our Messenger assistant asks you to submit a giving report, that's what it means. We are not responsible for errors you make when sending a transfer (wrong account number, wrong amount) - please double-check before sending.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Sermons, worship music (including JCSGO Worship's catalog), photos, videos, and written content on the Site and our Facebook Page belong to JCSGO or are used with permission. You may share and reference them for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a worship song or sermon clip) with attribution to JCSGO. You may not repackage, resell, or present our content as your own.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site and Page rely on services we don't control - Facebook/Messenger (Meta), our Messenger assistant's AI model (Google Gemini), YouTube, Spotify, and Google Maps. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability, content, or how they handle your data beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Site, our Facebook Page, and the Messenger assistant are provided "as is." We don't guarantee they'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Nothing on the Site, Page, or from the Messenger assistant constitutes professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Philippine law, JCSGO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our Facebook Page, or the Messenger assistant, including reliance on an automated reply or a giving transfer sent to the wrong account.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site, Page, or Messenger assistant change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
